The Family Office
The industrial titans of the 19th century understood that gathering and managing the volume of information required to make sound financial decisions was an overwhelming task. In response, they established private family offices. Designed to gather and deliver information in a concise, intelligible form, these offices provided the tools to make critical financial decisions which benefited the entire family. Once made, these decisions flowed back to the family office where the tactical details were identified and the strategy executed.
But in many ways, the evolution of the private family office has not matched a simultaneous and technology-based evolution in the financial services industry. The CAPROCK Group was formed to address the demand for performance, transparency and accountability. Our goal is not to wrap a brokerage firm in family office marketing, but to extend evolved family office capabilities to those who recognize the need for a true financial partner.
