Gregory A. Brown- Principal

Prior to joining The CAPROCK Group, Greg was an active investor and entrepreneur with substantial experience in product and business development strategy, capital formation, and mergers and acquisitions. As a partner with The Sienna Group, a middle market private equity investment group, Greg played a key role in identifying, transaction structuring, acquiring and developing several investments. Prior to Sienna, Greg launched, financed, built, and sold three technology companies. Greg holds dual MBA's from Columbia Business School in New York and the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and a B.S. in Business from the University of Idaho. Greg serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations and lives in the Seattle area with his wife, Erika and daughter, Madeline.
