Privacy Policy
The CAPROCK Group is committed to client confidentiality. Although we maintain extensive, detailed personal information in the service of account administration and management, we neither currently disclose this information to third parties (except as permitted or required by law) nor anticipate doing so in the future. If it becomes necessary to disclose personal information in a manner that is inconsistent with this policy, we will make every reasonable effort to inform our clients of the disclosure.

- Information reported by our clients on applications, contracts or other forms.
- Client profile documents.
- Third-party verification processes.
- Transaction-based information.
- Internally documented conversations.
Privacy and Information Safeguarding Details
- We do not, and will not, sell personal information.
- We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our office and computer environments are managed such that written and electronic information are secure. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed federal and/or state standards. Further, we maintain a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan. - Federal and state regulators may review firm records, including personal information, as permitted by law.
- We require, and expect, any authorized third party (Regulators, Accountants, Lawyers, Trustees, etc.) to adhere to similarly strict confidentiality standards. Furthermore, third party service providers are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement as part of their contract.
- Outdated personal information will be securely maintained for the period of time required by law and will be destroyed thereafter.
