Richard Rock- Partner

Prior to founding The CAPROCK Group, Richard spent over a decade building a Silicon Valley profile that includes entrepreneur, advisor and investor. Most notably, as an early member of eBay management, Richard played a key role in building one of the iconic early internet companies. Following his exit from eBay, Richard founded Xian Advisors, a boutique consultant firm which specialized in early-stage corporate advisory services and private wealth management. Richard graduated from The University of Idaho with a degree in finance and received his MBA from Stanford. Richard has served as a Director of the University of Idaho Foundation and Chairman of the Investment Committee. He currently serves on the advisory board for two VC funds, including the Westly Group.
